The Legacy office will be open Thursday, July 3rd from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and closed on Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen on Monday, July 7th.

Disclosure Fee - $200
Rush Fee - $100
Each community requires 2 months pre-paid asessments or 1 quarter depending on if assessments are due monthly or quarterly.
Some communities require a capital improvement fee. Please contact Legacy to verify.
